HEVA (HEVA MODA TASARIM SAN. VE TİC. LTD. ŞTİ.) company carries out the delivery of the products sold through www.heva.com.tr website through the contracted delivery company, unless there is another request from the buyer. The products are sent in a special box and protected manner on the specified delivery date. 

The product prices specified on the website are determined excluding taxes and delivery expenses. Taxes and delivery expenses are directly paid by the Buyer. 

This article is considered non-refundable. HEVA (HEVA MODA TASARIM SAN. VE TİC. LTD. ŞTİ.) company is not responsible for problems arising from late delivery or non-delivery of the products to the Buyer by the delivery company. 

If the package in which the products are sent is damaged, it must be reported to the delivery company representative by the BUYER by preparing a protocol. If the delivery company representative considers that the package is not damaged, the package must be opened by the BUYER and the products must be checked for damage-free delivery. 

This situation should also be determined by protocol. The delivery of the package means that the delivery company has completed its task. In addition, if any liability arises, the BUYER shall be deemed to have accepted it.
